She emphasized that political parties are the main cause of problems in Indonesia because they still prioritize practical interests in their political activities. In a discussion at the University of Indonesia (UI) with the theme "Consolidation for democracy after the 2024 elections: opposition or coalition?" in Depok, West Java, on Thursday (7/2/2024), Irma stated, "Political parties are a source of conflict in this country, why? Because they operate pragmatically, none of them are not pragmatic." She asserted, "All political parties are involved in corruption, isn't that right? We don't need to hide that."
