Online consumers are growing rapidly along with the ease of carrying out activities due to digital technology or the internet.
From the aspect of business actors/service providers, the existence of the internet makes the business development process easier, faster and cheaper. Transportation services online is a gathering place for service providers and transportation service users on a platform.
