Equating or categorizing AI as humans must be recognized as not easy. However, historically such debates have been held regarding the view of corporations as legal subjects. The essence of the term is that a corporation is not an organism, but because necessity requires the corporation to be recognized as a legal subject. The organ theory and the legal entity theory were born from what is contained within it, so that the law can provide recognition to entities other than humans as legal subjects ( natuurlijk person ).
