Meanwhile, litigation lawyer or a litigation lawyer is someone who provides services in resolving problems such as criminal, civil, state administrative, and intellectual property rights. This profession is not always in court because there are also activities carried out outside the trial both at the pre-litigation stage and after the settlement of legal remedies.
