The argument built regarding the validity of the law formation process is based on the provisions governing the procedural aspects of law formation. Consequently, if it is proven that a law is considered procedurally flawed, the court does not prevent the legislative body from re-enacting the same law, as long as it is then followed by a proper formation process.[10]
