According to the provisions for amendments to the Constitutional Court Law, if a constitutional justice is to be dismissed due to reaching the age limit, the Constitutional Court notifies the nominating institution. Subsequently, the nominating institution submits a replacement to the President, and the Presidential Decree regarding the appointment of the replacement is issued within a certain timeframe as stipulated by law.
