1) How to request deletion

  1. Send your request through the contact page or by email to admin@literasihukum.com.
  2. Use the subject line Account deletion request.
  3. Include the information below so we can verify the request securely.

2) Information to include

  • Full name.
  • The email address registered on the account.
  • Username or user ID, if available.
  • The platform you used (website and/or Android app).
  • Optional: a short explanation if there is a specific issue.
Important: for security reasons, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.

3) Data we delete or anonymize

  • Account profile information and login access.
  • Associated personal data that is no longer required to operate the service.
  • App/web access tied to the deleted account.

4) Data that may still be retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or archival reasons. For example:

  • Billing or transaction records that must be preserved for administrative obligations.
  • Security and audit logs kept for a limited retention period.
  • Published content, comments, or editorial records that may be anonymized or retained to protect publication integrity.

5) Verification and handling

We review deletion requests after verification. Once the request is confirmed, the related account access will be disabled and the deletion/anonymization process will follow our internal retention obligations.
