Jakarta, Literasihukum.com – Investigators of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the Acting Director General of Immigration, Saffar Muhammad Godam (SMG), on Tuesday (14/1). SMG was questioned as a witness in the investigation of alleged bribery and obstruction of investigation with the suspect Secretary General of PDI Perjuangan, Hasto Kristiyanto (HK).

"The examination was carried out at the KPK Red and White Building, in the name of SMG," said KPK Spokesperson, Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto, when confirmed in Jakarta.

In addition to SMG, investigators also summoned a number of other parties to be questioned. Among them are Saeful Bahri, a former convict in the Harun Masiku bribery case; Kusnadi, Hasto Kristiyanto's staff; Nur Hasan, security officer of the DPP PDI Perjuangan Task Force Office; and Jhony Ginting, an employee of a state-owned company.

Hasto Kristiyanto Questioned Previously

Hasto Kristiyanto had previously fulfilled the investigator's summons on Monday (13/1) regarding the alleged bribery case and obstruction of investigation efforts. He underwent examination for more than three hours, from 10.00 to 13.27 WIB. However, Hasto chose not to comment after the examination.
