Court administration
A series of activities carried out by the court to create efficiency, accuracy and consistency in the judicial system. A court administration structure is carried out in order to support the work of judges and to improve services to the public seeking justice. Court administration includes, among other things, supervision of the budget, appointment of judges in a case, creation of trial schedules and supervision of non-case work.
