Jakarta, Legal Literacy - Anies-Muhaimin is scheduled to attend the preliminary hearing of the dispute over the results of the presidential and vice-presidential election at the Constitutional Court on Wednesday (27/3/2024). They will directly deliver the opening statements of the lawsuit that has been filed.

On Wednesday, at 08.00 WIB, the Constitutional Court will hold the preliminary hearing to handle the dispute over the presidential and vice-presidential election in the main courtroom of Building I of the Constitutional Court, Jakarta. The Constitutional Court provides an opportunity for the legal team of presidential and vice-presidential candidate pair number 1, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (Amin), to convey their objections to the General Election Commission's decision regarding the Determination of the 2024 Election Results.

At 13.00, the Constitutional Court continued the hearing by listening to the request for cancellation of the decision of KPU which declared the candidate pair number 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, as the winners, from the legal team of candidate pair number 3, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.
