Tax administrative sanctions are sanctions where taxpayers must pay a certain amount to the state administrator because they have violated applicable regulations. Administrative sanctions consist of 3 types of sanctions, namely: Administrative Sanctions in the Form of Interest, Administrative Sanctions in the Form of Fines, Administrative Sanctions for Increases Stated in the Tax Assessment Letter.
