Fiduciary Guarantee
Definition
A security right on movable tangible and intangible assets and immovable assets, specifically buildings that cannot be encumbered by a mortgage, which remain under the control of the fiduciary grantor, as collateral for the repayment of a specific debt that grants a preferential position to the fiduciary recipient over other creditors.
